    Job Description

About Perceptyx At Perceptyx, we help enterprises build exceptional employee experiences through continuous listening, feedback, and insights. Our platform empowers HR and business leaders with real-time data and analytics to improve engagement and drive organizational performance. If you're fueled by innovation and customer impact, we’d love to talk to you.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and own the development of transformative product experiences within our employee engagement suite. In this role, you’ll drive the full product lifecycle—from strategy and competitive analysis to launch and adoption—partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to deliver solutions that make work better.

    What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

    • Lead Competitive and Market Analysis: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to drive product strategy and differentiation.
    • Own Product Development: Define user journeys, write product requirements, and partner with engineering to design, build, and launch new functionality.
    • Enable Product Delivery: Work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment, scaling, and adoption in production environments.
    • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape messaging, positioning, and customer-facing assets that enable successful adoption and revenue growth.
    • Measure and Optimize Performance: Monitor product usage and P&L, inform prioritization, and lead continuous improvements that drive customer value and feature engagement.
    • Champion collaboration across design, engineering, customer success, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Bring 8–10 years of product management experience

    • Background in Enterprise SaaS, ideally in HR Tech (L&D, EX, Coaching, Survey Tools, etc.)
    • Proven ability to deliver market-leading products in complex B2B environments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize insights to guide decisions
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership
    • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
    • Intellectual curiosity, bias for action, and a competitive drive to innovate
    • Ability to travel occasionally for team and customer meetings
    • Bonus Points If You Have
    • Experience building or scaling employee survey or employee experience software
    • Familiarity with data-rich and AI-driven product environments
    • Why You’ll Love Working Here
    • Meaningful work improving the lives of employees at global organizations
    • A highly collaborative and supportive team culture
    • Flexible remote work environment
    • Opportunity to drive impactful products at scale
    • We are a team built on purpose, not perfection.

The game is changing, and we're writing the new playbook. Our goals are ambitious, and we know that building the future requires diverse perspectives and skills. If you're excited about this role, but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. We're looking for people who are accountable, customer-centric, and innovative. We believe that talent thrives when we empower leaders to grow and evolve. So, apply anyway. You might be just the right person for this role or another opportunity on our team
