WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring the smooth running of all travel-related services for our clients. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel operations, including reservations, bookings, itinerary planning, and other related services Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of travel bookings and customer information Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Manage and monitor customer inquiries and complaints, and provide prompt and effective solutions Collaborate with other departments to improve operational processes and procedures Manage and maintain travel-related databases and systems Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel operations or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Google Suite for Business Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Fluent in English and Greek Competitive salary Hybrid working model, combining office presence in Athens with the flexibility to work from home several days each week Lots of room for growth and taking initiatives Ongoing training and development Modern office environment Be part of a young and dynamic team who values your ideas and personality
