About the Client & Team Our client is a major Group seeking a Senior IT Consultant / Tech Lead to guide the Web & Digital (Techlab) team. You’ll be central in driving technical design, architecture, and team excellence for new digital applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of new web applications and services. Guide development teams, ensuring best practices and code quality. Serve as the main technical reference and SME for the team. Oversee operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical ecosystem. Mentor junior and intermediate developers. Proven experience as a Senior IT Consultant, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer with leadership experience. Strong technical skills in Web & Digital technologies (Front-end, Back-end, Cloud, APIs). Professional fluency in French and English. Strong communication skills bridging business needs and technical execution. Strategic Technical Leadership Role – Influence architecture and drive core decisions shaping new digital applications. High-Visibility Mission – Work closely with senior stakeholders within a major international Group’s IT Department. Professional Bilingual Exposure – Work in a multicultural, French/English environment strengthening global communication skills. Possibility of Extension – High-performing consultants may receive contract extensions or opportunities across other business units.
