In this role, you will lead one to two agile engineering squads, driving the development of high-impact features that shape the company’s strategic products. You will balance technical leadership with hands-on involvement, mentoring engineers and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will influence the product roadmap while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
