We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape the next generation of digital banking and financial products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, simplify complex workflows, and contribute to the overall product vision. Responsibilities Lead design work across the full product lifecycle — from user research and discovery to final delivery. Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences. Evolve, maintain, and expand the digital banking design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user insights into design iterations. Ensure that all designs follow accessibility, usability, and digital banking standards. Support and guide junior designers while contributing to the broader design strategy. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UI/UX with a strong, relevant portfolio. Strong skills in UX and UI, with exceptional attention to detail and visual clarity. Proficient in Figma and modern design & prototyping tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working with design systems and applying user-centered design principles. Passionate about building high-quality digital experiences and solving complex product challenges. Experience in banking, fintech, or other complex product environments is a plus.
