Senior Digital Art Director / Web Experience Designer

Bou is a new-school Nordic brand company that builds brands in various domains; including design, marketing, development and communications. We are currently looking to add more creative talent into our network of future-ready designers on Bou & Co. We’re seeking a Senior Art Director / Digital Designer who blends high-end brand aesthetics with cutting-edge website design, modern visual systems, and a strong grasp of emerging tech.

What You’ll Do Lead conceptual development for digital-first brand and marketing initiatives, bringing fresh, modern, innovative ideas to the table. Design visually stunning website experiences, including UX/UI layouts, component systems, and design directions aligned with modern web standards. Create high-impact visual assets across campaigns, brand systems, and product storytelling. Bring forward-thinking design to B2B and tech-oriented clients, translating complex ideas into elegant, inspiring visuals. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or similar creative role. A modern, elevated portfolio demonstrating exceptional website design, digital brand systems, and campaign concepts. Experience working with SaaS, B2B, finance, or technology brands. Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and how creativity meets technology. A collaborative communicator who loves exploring ideas, challenging the status quo, and pushing creativity forward. Applications
