What You Will Do Support strategic supplier selection processes based on technical compatibility, quality standards, and long-term scalability Drive contract negotiations that go beyond pricing – securing flexibility, traceability, delivery performance, and risk mitigation Build strong supplier relationships that support our shift from prototyping to serial production, anticipating risks before they surface Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and industrialization teams to translate technical needs into sourcing decisions Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring alignment with internal policies and project deadlines Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels, supplier lead times, and cost structures across production cycles Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify innovative suppliers, alternative materials, and regional sourcing opportunities Implement and track supplier KPIs to ensure quality, delivery, and commercial targets are consistently met Support make-or-buy decisions and contribute to the development of procurement strategies that enable manufacturing excellence Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or automotive is highly preferred Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and supplier development Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Data-driven mindset and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments while staying detail-oriented and accountable Fluent in English – any other language is a plus Who You Are You think strategically but move fast.
