Location: Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. Oversee and review AP/AR with precision and compliance. Keep all financial records audit-ready and documentation up to date.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses. Maintain internal controls and accounting policies. Track recurring-revenue streams with accuracy (subscriptions, services, modules/customers). Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and variance tracking. Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CTA or public accounting certification strongly preferred. 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance (fast-growing environments a plus). Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel + ERP proficiency (QuickBooks or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Advanced English (spoken & written). Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
