Job Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Script Writer to develop compelling scripts for video, audio, and multimedia content across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands audience engagement, can transform concepts into clear and captivating narratives, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with producers, directors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life in ways that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities Write engaging scripts for videos, commercials, social media content, podcasts, presentations, and other multimedia formats.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop story ideas, concepts, and messaging aligned with brand objectives.

Adapt scripts for various formats, including short-form, long-form, live-action, animation, and digital campaigns.

Revise and improve scripts based on feedback from producers, directors, and stakeholders.

Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content.

Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and originality in scripts.

Meet tight deadlines while upholding high-quality writing standards.

Stay informed on content trends, storytelling techniques, and evolving audience preferences. Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, Film, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling for video or audio media.

Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, dialogue, and audience engagement.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Familiarity with production workflows, content management systems, and multimedia formats is a plus.
