    Job Description

    We are seeking Healthcare Scheduler Serve as the primary liaison between patients and Dr. Norris, managing scheduling, communications, patient records, house calls, membership coordination, billing, and administrative support, ensuring timely, empathetic, and professional care while maintaining continuity and minimizing unnecessary escalations. Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary administrative liaison between patients and Dr. Norris
    • Answer incoming calls using a provided script to maintain consistency and professionalism
    • Coordinate patient care and logistics with internal staff
    • Assist patients with inquiries and support them without unnecessary escalation to the doctor
    • Manage scheduling for home visits, consultations, and urgent appointments
    • Maintain accurate patient records with timely documentation
    • Coordinate logistics for house calls and last-minute requests
    • Provide administrative overflow support to Dr. Norris, especially on Fridays
    • Monitor and respond to patient communications with urgency and empathy
    • Assist with membership management, billing coordination, and renewals
    • Ensure continuity of care and coverage during off-hours when needed
    • Work Schedule Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm EST

    2–3 years of experience in customer service (Healthcare) or Scheduler

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
    • Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling tools and EMR systems
