This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Pan India JobType: full-time This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who can design, build, and optimize solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable components, enhance system performance, and support business processes through robust Salesforce customizations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and cloud configurations, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical implementations. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura, and Apex. Configure and support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed. Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs and middleware. Document technical specifications, solutions, and process workflows for ongoing reference. Work within a hybrid model and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly with LWC, Apex, and Aura. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features. Experience working with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments. Ability to design clean, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with hybrid work culture. A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of delivering high-quality technical outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
