We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who can own the entire CRM ecosystem end-to-end. This is a hybrid role that blends technical development, workflow architecture, integrations, and RevOps partnership. You’ll be the person responsible for making Salesforce the operational backbone of the go-to-market engine. If you love building scalable systems, writing clean APEX, integrating multiple platforms, and shaping the tools that Sales, CS, and Marketing rely on every day, this role will give you full ownership and room to innovate. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Join a fast-moving team building modern infrastructure for a scaling GTM org Work directly with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and Leadership on high-impact projects Full autonomy to design systems, optimize workflows, and implement new tools What You’ll Work On Salesforce Development Build and maintain APEX classes, triggers, test classes, batch jobs, and scheduled processes Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and UI elements Use APEX and modern dev best practices to create scalable, maintainable code Leverage additional languages (C#, Java, Python) for advanced integrations or automation tasks Salesforce Administration Configure and deploy workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation rules Manage objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning apps, and record types Oversee user permissions, roles, sharing rules, and overall security architecture Maintain and enhance guided flows, wizards, and internal modules Integrations and Data Infrastructure Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and Chargebee Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft), or custom scripts Monitor data integrity and build reliable sync systems across the GTM stack Debug sync issues and create guardrails to prevent data drift Revenue Operations Support Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to turn requirements into technical builds Improve lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, and segmentation Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline visibility and forecasting Maintain data cleanliness, structure, and long-term scalability Systems Optimization Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert for all GTM functions Identify automation opportunities that eliminate manual work Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and propose improvements Contribute to revenue systems architecture and long-term infrastructure planning What You Bring 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an admin or developer role Strong APEX, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Developer toolkit skills Experience with C#, Java, or Python for integrations or automation Ability to build complex Flows, process automations, API frameworks, and integrations Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, RevOps workflows, and CRM architectures Deep knowledge of data modeling, security, and CRM best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable builds Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) certification required Nice to Have Platform Developer I or II, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder Experience with CPQ, Chargebee, HubSpot, or data enrichment tools Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Experience in a high-growth SaaS or data-heavy environment How to Apply
