The Sales Operations Manager role will provide support to all regions across the Americas, with a specific business partnership role aligned to North America West. Responsible for driving and assisting with sales forecasting, opportunity management, territory account management, sales analytics and reporting, and field automation initiatives while working closely with the Americas Operations leader and the respective Regional Sales VPs and Directors. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker with strong analytical skills to identify actionable answers without analysis overload. They will have experience in conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. They will be an individual very comfortable proactively voicing and providing recommendations to senior management. In addition, the candidate must have advanced reporting and analytical skills including building or editing tableau dashboards. The candidate enjoys working with sales and other functions in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly productive with little oversight and be able to understand big picture goals while balancing and prioritizing numerous day-to-day demands in a high growth environment. This position aligns to West Coast working hours. As a Sales Operations Manager you will: Partner with Sales Management on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas Proactively diagnose the analytical requirements of the sales organization; build models to analyze sales and pipeline trends, productivity, and performance. Accountable for pipeline management, reporting, and action plans. Active participation on weekly forecast calls. Help to qualify opportunities and assist Sales Management with insightful reporting on key metrics and analytics Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports to support planning, pipeline analysis, and business reviews Manage account assignments (Salesforce.com) and mediate/drive account assignment discussions and decisions between Sales Management across segments Assist with modeling and managing sales quotas while being the primary point of contact for comp related requests/inquiries (e.g. splits, exceptions, etc.) Partner with the Worldwide Sales Operations & Readiness teams to define, build, and rollout changes that support the sales organizations business requirements Accountable for owning several programs and processes while identifying, defining, and implementing scalable improvements for our Field organization We're excited about you if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or similar roles Deep understanding of how sales models and processes work Results oriented; exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills High level proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce.com, Excel/Google sheets Experience with a business intelligence tool and data visualization This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. The expected base salary range for this role in California is $130,000 - $140,000 Colorado is $130,000 - $140,000 The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location.
