    Our client is seeking a proactive SDR who can drive outbound pipeline, manage high-volume prospecting, and build repeatable systems that fuel growth. Identify, research, and qualify MarTech prospects that fit ideal customer profiles. Personalize outreach sequences to increase response and conversion rates. 📇 CRM Setup, Migration & Management Lead the transition from Google Sheets into a fully functioning CRM. Build pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Maintain clean, organized, deduplicated contact records. 📈 Pipeline Building & Nurturing Nurture cold and warm leads through consistent follow-up sequences. Track and optimize messaging based on response patterns. Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs and prospecting strategies. 📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting Update CRM activity daily with accuracy and accountability. Report on outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline created. Share insights on messaging, objections, and prospect behavior. 💡 Process Improvement & Experimentation Test new outreach angles, list-building strategies, and LinkedIn approaches. Recommend new tools to improve speed, targeting, and lead quality. Document systems to support scalability as the sales team grows. ✅ Who You Are 2–4+ years of SDR or outbound-focused sales experience. Strong background selling into MarTech or adjacent marketing/tech industries. Hands-on CRM setup experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar). Able to lead a CRM migration from spreadsheets to a structured system. Excellent written communication — you’ll be messaging prospects daily. Comfortable operating without live sales calls (asynchronous outreach only). Highly organized, metrics-driven, and consistent with follow-through. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment. Bonus Points Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Apollo, Sales Nav). Knowledge of outbound playbooks or sequence frameworks. Familiarity with marketing workflows, attribution, or MarTech stacks. 📩 How to Apply
