Overview We are a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in SEO, paid advertising, and automation. We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling marketing or digital agency services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, understands sales funnels, and knows how to optimize lead generation processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business through strategic outbound and inbound efforts while helping refine our sales systems, tools, and workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification Engage with inbound and outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone to build strong, meaningful relationships. Utilize provided lead lists while also proactively sourcing new prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo. Qualify leads effectively to ensure a strong pipeline of high-potential opportunities. Sales Strategy & Funnel Optimization Leverage your marketing agency experience to advise prospects on sales processes, funnels, and marketing strategies. Recommend improvements to internal sales workflows, outreach frameworks, and funnel structures. Provide ongoing feedback and ideas to enhance conversion rates and overall campaign performance. Tech Stack & Data Management Manage lead activity, communication logs, and pipeline progression in Go High Level (CRM). Use Apollo for data enrichment and Sales Navigator for prospecting and research. Suggest and evaluate new platforms, automation systems, or sales tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, outreach, and campaign strategies. Deliver regular performance insights, outreach metrics, and recommendations for continued improvement. Participate actively in team discussions, contributing ideas that support company growth. Proven experience selling marketing or digital agency services (SEO, paid ads, lead generation, etc.). Fluent English communication — strong writing, clear articulation, and persuasive communication skills. Highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for closing deals. Solid understanding of marketing agency sales cycles, funnels, and client journeys. Comfortable using Go High Level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo. Proactive and initiative-driven — always looking for ways to improve processes, tools, and results. Excellent organizational skills with strong pipeline management and consistent follow-up habits.
