The Sales Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations across all sales-related activities. This role is responsible for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and helping the team stay organized and productive.
Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain all sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, agreements, and records. Update and monitor the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. Coordinate communication between the sales team and internal departments to support workflow efficiency. Assist in preparing sales reports, performance dashboards, and other documentation requested by the team. Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team and ensure all calendar items are organized. Support daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and file management. Track sales performance metrics and assist with compiling data for weekly or monthly reviews. Ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to internal processes. Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Experience using CRM software (any platform) is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. Bonus: Familiarity or experience within the commercial solar industry is a strong advantage.
