    Job Description

    岗位职责: 1. 销售战略规划与执行 • 根据市场情况,制定公司整体销售战略,分解年度销售目标及区域销售计划并监督执行。 2. 市场拓展与客户管理 • 负责公司产品在目标市场的全面拓展,开发新客户并维护现有客户关系。 • 深入了解行业动态,收集市场信息和竞争对手情报,为公司决策提供支持。 3. 销售团队管理 • 重点配合及协助合资公司销售团队,提升合资公司团队整体根管产品绩效。 • 定期组织销售会议,跟踪销售进度,重点解决合资公司销售过程中出现的问题。 4. 渠道管理与合作 • 建立和维护销售渠道,发展经销商网络,优化渠道管理。 • 协调公司内部资源,支持渠道销售和项目落地。 5. 市场活动与推广 • 主导市场调研,策划并实施市场推广活动。 • 协助组织学术会议、产品培训等活动,提升公司产品知名度。 6. 销售业绩与回款管理 • 确保完成销售任务和回款目标,监控销售数据并进行分析。 • 跟进重要客户和项目,协调资源推动项目进展。 7. 其他工作 • 协助处理客户投诉,进行客户满意度调查。 • 完成领导交办的其他任务。 Over 90 years ago Henry Schein borrowed $500 to start a corner pharmacy in Queens, New York, nearly 30 miles from Melville, New York, where our corporate headquarters resides today.
