Quickbooks Bookkeeper (US client experience)

This is a remote position. Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s QuickBooks account
• Reconcile transactions and bank data accurately and on schedule
• Prepare monthly or quarterly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
• Ensure all financial records are organized and up to date for year-end tax preparation
• Maintain accurate documentation of receipts, invoices, and bank statements
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Requirements

• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online (access will be provided)
• Skilled in reconciling bank statements with data in QuickBooks
• Able to generate accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports from QuickBooks
• Ensure all financial data is properly categorized and up to date
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all bookkeeping tasks
• Capable of working independently and meeting reporting deadlines
