2 years+ of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, GTM Program Management, Revenue Operations, or a similar role. Experience supporting cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven sales teams is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with proven experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success. Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy. Proven ability to build repeatable processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Comfortable working with data, metrics, and systems to inform decisions and drive program success. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
