Job Description Summary The Project Manager will lead customer project management processes, and report to the North America Projects & Services Leader, of the GE Vernova Solar & Storage Solutions business. Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage solar power and battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects commonly ranging in value from $10 million to $200 million US. Drive customer satisfaction trough effective communication, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, quality and delivery. Manage the execution of customer contracts from contract finalization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, and issue resolution. Meet GE business expectations by managing safety, quality, short cycle schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks. Communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE. Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage product deliveries and commissioning activities. Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the market place. Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all project management metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) Minimum 3 years of project management or customer management experience (GE experience preferred) Fluent in the English language; oral and written, technical and commercial Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams Strong interpersonal and influence skills Position is based in Pittsburgh, PN, or Houston, TX, USA, or Atlanta, GA, and up to 30% travel is required (other US locations will be considered). DESIRED: Solar and/or BESS power plant design, procurement, and/or construction experience GE Solar and Storage Solutions experience Lean continuous improvement experience The base pay range for this position is 114,100.00 -190,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity].
