Project Manager (Insurance | Technology) - Work From Home, Midshift

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards. Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and delivery of project milestones. Plan, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Balance competing priorities within a dynamic environment containing multiple active and upcoming projects. Apply and promote standardised project management frameworks and processes to support consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies. Support the continuous improvement of project delivery methods, tools, and templates within the PMO. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BSIT, BSCS or similar. 5+ years’ proven experience managing complex projects within corporate or matrixed environments. Formal project management certification such as PMI (PMP) or Prince2 Practitioner. Strong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery preferred.
