About the role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing in-house operations team. This is a hybrid position for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Project Manager will oversee key internal and client projects, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys driving efficiency, maintaining communication across teams, and managing multiple moving parts seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely execution and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement process improvements.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to leadership and team members.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are consistently maintained.
• Support leadership in managing priorities and aligning team efforts with company goals.
• Contribute to the optimization of systems and processes for improved team productivity.
• Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in a hybrid or remote setup).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
