This strategic role is ideal for an experienced program manager who thrives in leading complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations and enterprise-level transformation projects across multiple regions. The Program Delivery Manager will oversee delivery from pre-sales through project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and commercial expectations. You will lead global cross-functional teams, mentor junior project managers, and maintain consistent program governance while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, client engagement, and operational execution in highly regulated financial services environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing with executive stakeholders, influencing decisions, and delivering successful outcomes across diverse geographies. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in SaaS program delivery are essential.
10+ years in project/program management with at least 5 years in Global SaaS delivery. Proven experience leading large-scale SaaS transformations, including responsibility for portfolios or P&L over $2M. Experience in regulated financial services environments, including KYC, AML, and GDPR compliance. Expertise in large-scale data migrations and platform integrations across multiple geographies, including cutover planning. Strong ability to lead global cross-functional teams and establish trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders. Deep knowledge of delivery frameworks, including Agile, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Excellent communication, influence, and executive reporting skills.
