Production Release Coordinator

ECS is seeking a Production Release Coordinator to work in our Memphis, TN office / remotely.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the production process, from planning and scheduling to problem-solving and communication. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, are excellent multitaskers, and understand the pace and precision needed in production environments.

Production Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the production manager with scheduling, logistics, and resource

allocation

• Track progress of production and resolve any delays or conflicts
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and call sheets
• Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and stakeholders
• Order supplies, track inventory, and ensure equipment is ready and

operational

• Assist with quality control and production standards compliance
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and ensure team stays on deadline
• Support talent, crew, or technicians with production needs
• Handle paperwork including invoices, contracts, and release forms
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Salary Range: $109,990 - $124,800

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Excel, Trello, Asana)
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
