Min Experience: 7 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly hands-on Product Owner to lead the end-to-end digital transformation and continuous optimization of a large-scale global website. This role requires full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery—personally managing all product activities without direct reports. Accountability Own the entire product backlog—define, refine, and prioritize all work items across development cycles. Lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing evolution of digital experiences with complete accountability. Ensure all goals, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved without delegation. Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across UX, Design, Technology, Content, SEO/SEM, and Analytics. Key Responsibilities Vision & Strategy Define and champion a modern, best-in-class digital experience aligned with customer needs and business goals. Backlog & Requirements Ownership Write detailed user stories, define epics, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical effort. Execution & Delivery Develop actionable product and project plans, manage delivery timelines, and proactively mitigate risks. Personally manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, documentation, and demos without support staff. Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with UX, Design, Development, Web Operations, Content, SEO/SEM, and Analytics to align priorities and troubleshoot issues. Data-Driven Optimization Analyze website performance, customer insights, and analytics to drive continual improvements. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination Manage integrations and technical requirements directly with external technology partners. Holistic Product & Project Management Build and maintain roadmaps, track dependencies, monitor KPIs, and ensure full visibility for all stakeholders. Communication & Risk Management Provide clear, consistent updates and escalate risks early for timely resolution. Required Experience & Skills 7+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead for enterprise-scale websites. Proven success driving digital transformations from concept to launch with zero project slippage. Strong technical understanding of web technologies and front-end frameworks (experience with AEM preferred). Hands-on experience managing workflows and product lifecycles in JIRA or similar tools. Ability to execute independently, handling both strategic and detailed tasks personally. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with UX, Tech, Content, SEO, and Analytics teams. Experience working directly with third-party vendors and tech partners. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Ideal Attributes Highly analytical and data-driven. Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
