The Role We are looking for an experienced and versatile Product Manager to drive the evolution of our internal and customer-facing platforms, balancing partnership with the internal departments and integration with our Commercial domain. Working alongside the Product Development Director for In-Life Experience, this role will thrive in a Single-Threaded Owner (STO) environment with end-to-end accountability across initiatives. This role is perfect for someone early in their product management career, with a strong interest in telecommunications, a customer-centric mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Own and refine the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for initiatives Support the lifecycle management of existing products, including performance analysis, enhancement opportunities, and end-of-life planning Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify trends and inform product decisions Collaborate with technology, solutions, operations, supplier management, and sales teams to ensure successful product design, delivery and support Assist in pricing strategy development and margin analysis for new and existing products. Prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal communications Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and suggest data-driven improvements Collaborate with the Product Development Director and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions supporting quoting, order placement, billing, and revenue recognition for both internal and customer-facing platforms Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and regular alignment meetings to ensure transparency and shared vision across teams Oversee the product lifecycle: from strategy validation, backlog management, and sprint planning to user acceptance and business enablement Foster a data-driven and automation mindset, finding ways to simplify complexity and enhance operational efficiency Support STO-style execution and reporting on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to product and executive leadership

    Here is what your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like but are not limited to:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS, telecoms, connectivity, or another technology-driven sector Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business requirements and financial metrics; Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis/BI tools Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, backlog grooming, user story writing, and sprint planning Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration Fluent English; additional languages are a plus Pension Plan Hybrid Working 25 Days Holidays Beyond the Job We’re proud of our focus on as well as the passion we display for the communities where we live and work.
