Product Engineer | Creative Ads Platform

We combine the resources of a capitalization-heavy AI lab with the speed of a small, elite product team. You will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Design, translating raw model capabilities into magical user experiences that define a new category of software for the advertising industry.

Where You Come In You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a new intelligence product that automates video ad generation and optimization. This role requires a builder who can traverse the entire stack to create a "copilot" experience for creative professionals. You will partner directly with researchers to productionize novel generative capabilities.

What You Will Build End-to-End Features: You will own the full lifecycle of product development, from designing the data model and API endpoints to implementing the client-side logic and UI components. Creative Automation: You will invent new paradigms for interacting with generative AI, enabling users to produce high-fidelity creative work at scale. Customer-Centric Architecture: You will translate the specific needs of ad agencies into intuitive product features, abstracting the complexity of the underlying AI models.

The Profile We Are Looking For Product Instincts: You care deeply about the end-user experience and understand how backend decisions impact the feel of the product. Industry Context: You have 5+ years of experience building ad-related products and possess a strong intuition for what makes creative work effective. Technical Fluency: You have deep expertise in Python, REST APIs, and modern cloud infrastructure, paired with the ability to write high-quality frontend code.
