The Opportunity Are you a natural organiser who thrives in the buzz of production? Do you love seeing a creative idea come to life, from the first idea to the final edit? We’re looking for a Producer to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll take charge of all things production, from managing budgets and timelines to running smooth, on-set shoot days. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping ideas on track, teams aligned, and creative energy flowing - all while ensuring every project meets our world-class standards. What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere End-to-end production management across a range of projects — from always-on social content to high-profile campaign shoots. Seamless coordination of pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases. On-set leadership, ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and on vision. Creation of call sheets, coordination of crew and equipment, and talent management. Client-facing project management, providing clear updates and aligning on expectations. Budget ownership — from forecasting and allocation to cost control and reporting. Collaboration with creatives and DOPs to find the right talent and suppliers while keeping projects within budget. Delivery of high-quality assets that meet creative and strategic objectives. What Else Are We Looking For? 2–5 years of experience in social media content production and post-production, ideally with global clients. Strong budget management and project delivery skills. Deep understanding of social media formats, tools, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident working with clients and creatives alike. Proven ability to juggle multiple productions in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally for shoots. Fluency in English; French or German is a plus. A proactive mindset and the flexibility to adapt when things shift (as they always do in production). Life at We Are Social Amsterdam
