You'll help define the goals & vision for our payroll product & will work with a variety of stakeholders involved in the onboarding & payroll process, including lawyers, operations team, payroll partners to align everyone to a single vision.
Ideally 10+ years of experience working on Payroll/Compliance/Benefits products in fast growing teams Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems Good to have previous work experience in Payroll space Ability to setup the KPIs for success & align the team
