Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese for inquiries related to tech products and services. Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience with customer service software or helpdesk systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
