Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to identify their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements through comprehensive consultations. Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and highlight the value of our offerings. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and satisfaction. Provide thorough training and ongoing support to clients, helping them to fully leverage our solutions. Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients. Document client feedback and experiences to foster continuous improvement in our services. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Relevant experience in a consulting, customer service, or technology solutions role is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. An understanding of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a readiness to learn new systems.
