Responsibilities Provide expert customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and technical support. Process orders, manage account information, and handle returns and exchanges with accuracy. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with internal departments to address complex client inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product lines, and company policies. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn about biotechnology products and industry standards.
