As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, supporting our Polish-speaking audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community guidelines. Classify and assess content based on established policies and moderation standards. Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content behaviors and trends to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes and practices. Stay updated on company policies and best practices regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a related role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and an ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being part of a remote team.
