Key Responsibilities Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards. Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies accurately. Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes and practices. Stay informed about company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adjust to a new cultural environment. Self-starter with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
