This role involves handling quoting, renewals, billing, compliance, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely insurance operations.
Quoting & New Business
Manage inspection compliance, ensuring required documents and inspections are completed on time. Client Communication Communicate with clients mainly via email for updates, documents, renewals, and follow-ups. Provide timely support and ensure all client requests are handled efficiently. Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills (email-focused role). Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and follow-ups. Proficiency in insurance systems, CRM tools, and email platforms. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
