As an Outreach Specialist, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses. You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.
This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine. Responsibilities Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources. Establish initial contact with potential instructors, Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies. Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication. 3+ years of relevant experience as an Outreach Specialist / SDR. Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building pipelines. Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Experience with Asana, Hubspot Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
