Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in customer support, ideally with VIP clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software. A proactive approach and a dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
