We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Non-Genetic Product Line Manager to lead the development, marketing, and performance of a global non-genetic product portfolio for dairy and beef customers. This role will oversee the full product lifecycle, from market research and strategy development to commercialization and P&L management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide commercial initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize product value. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation, influence global product strategies, and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term business growth while operating in a dynamic, international environment.
Strong knowledge of industry market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and P&L management. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive strategic decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%). Excellent English speaking and business writing skills.
