    Job Description

    We’re looking for a NetSuite Consultant / Solutions Architect to lead high-impact financial workflows and post-go-live support for fast-scaling clients. If you enjoy designing clean, scalable systems for subscription and usage-based billing, and want to work in a senior-led environment that deeply understands finance and operations, this role is for you. This is a client-facing and solutions-driven position that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on system design — particularly across Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Management. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with a senior-led consulting firm that values clean data, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions Partner directly with cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT What You’ll Work On Financial Systems Design Design and implement complex NetSuite financial solutions with a focus on ARM, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting Architect subscription-based and metered billing workflows that comply with ASC 606 standards Configure and optimize Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and reporting best practices Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups, enabling consolidated financial visibility Consulting & Implementation Lead client discovery sessions, map requirements, and translate them into scalable NetSuite workflows Facilitate system design workshops and deliver solution demos to executive stakeholders Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, and CPQ systems Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Optimization & Support Provide post-implementation support and performance tuning across key financial modules Use SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics to customize and enhance workflows Advise clients on future-state NetSuite architecture and best practices for scaling What You Bring 7+ years of experience implementing or consulting on NetSuite, specializing in financial modules Expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting Strong understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics Deep knowledge of ASC 606 compliance and SaaS revenue workflows Confident leading discovery sessions and explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Background in SaaS, subscription billing, or professional services CPA certification or prior accounting/finance experience Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, or Boomi integrations Familiarity with international reporting and multi-subsidiary consolidation How to Apply
