Remote Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LPC Location: Texas (Remote) Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

This full-time remote Mental Health Therapist position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and a predictable telehealth caseload. You’ll meet with clients online, provide evidence-based interventions, and help them work through mood, stress, and behavioral health concerns. Your workweek will center on client sessions, documentation, and collaboration with a supportive virtual team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online assessments and document diagnostic impressions.
• Design treatment plans that are clear, realistic, and goal-focused.
• Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic record system.
• Join regular virtual case reviews and clinical huddles.
• Implement risk assessments and safety plans as needed.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing.

1–2 years of clinical experience; telehealth experience a plus.

• Comfort with technology, video platforms, and electronic health records.
