Medical Doctors for AI Training (Portugal / Germany)

Role Overview In this project, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong medical knowledge and diagnostic abilities in various fields of medicine.

As a medical specialist, you will bring your subject-matter knowledge to help train and evaluate frontier AI systems. Work might include:

Design and solve advanced medical problems, ranging from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity Spot knowledge gaps and edge cases, and propose improvements to strengthen model performance Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine and science Commitments Required: 20-30h/week with flexible schedule
