    🚀 Our client is a referral-only, performance-driven digital marketing agency that specialises in paid media strategies to drive traffic, leads, sales and growth. Their services include e-commerce scaling, lead generation, and multi-channel advertising across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and more. They emphasise data-driven growth, using analytics to optimise campaign performance, and helping businesses maximise ROI. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee workflow, communication, and execution across our performance marketing ecosystem. This person will act as the central connector between creative strategists, designers, video editors, and media buyers, ensuring every project moves smoothly from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing, understands the full lifecycle of creative production and media execution, and is highly proficient in Notion, Figma, and the fundamentals of paid social advertising (Meta and TikTok). They will manage internal systems, monitor deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and proactively coordinate solutions to keep campaigns on track and on schedule. This is a highly operational role that demands strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and with precision. You bridge the gap between the creative and analytical sides of marketing, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at coordinating shifting priorities. Process-driven and tech-savvy, you proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies, keeping high-performing teams aligned and effective. **This role is open to all professionals residing in Latin America**

    Your responsibilities:

    • Serve as the central point of coordination between creative strategy, design, video, and paid media teams.
    • Manage and maintain the Notion project management system, ensuring all assets, briefs, and updates are current and properly categorized.
    • Oversee workflow pipelines for all creative assets, including static ads, video ads, UGC, and whitelisted content.
    • Track asset progress through all stages — concept, design, production, review, and launch — identifying and resolving blockers in real time.
    • Collaborate with designers and creative strategists to ensure files are correctly transferred from Figma to Notion for final organization and launch readiness.
    • Manage launch trackers and ensure ad buyers are notified when new creatives are ready to go live.
    • Monitor ads pending launch, follow up with ad buyers on any delays, and ensure proper communication between all stakeholders.
    • Identify bottlenecks in design, video production, or performance workflows, and coordinate with relevant teams to remove obstacles.
    • Generate weekly reports summarizing project statuses, blockers, and action items for leadership review.
    • Maintain consistency in process, communication, and execution across multiple brands and teams.

    5+ years of marketing or creative project management experience, preferably in DTC e-commerce or performance marketing.

    Deep understanding of:

    Static ads, video ads, UGC, and whitelisting workflows The end-to-end creative production process Digital marketing campaign lifecycles (brief → design → launch → optimization)

    • Proficient in Notion for project tracking, team coordination, and database management.
    • Proficient in Figma, able to navigate design files and coordinate with designers for asset delivery.
    • Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager terminology and processes.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
    • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
