Overview
*This position can work remote from anywhere within the United States. This position is responsible for the leadership and management of Corporate Compliance Standards and Practices programs. Oversees the complex, strategic coordination and management of multiple processes or projects within Compliance Testing in order to achieve business goals. Supervises the work of Business Analyst(s), Issue Validation and Quality Control (QC), and UDAAP Testing providing leadership, direction, and mentoring. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management and execution of UDAAP Monitoring/Testing, Annual Compliance test plan development, oversee maintenance of testing inventory, RCSA coordination for Compliance, QC of Compliance Testing, enhancements/process improvements for Compliance Testing through use of tools and/or automation. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to leadership and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Program Oversight - Manages a team of associates who analyze internal processes and systems for data gaps, discrepancies, or other regulatory compliance-related issues. Oversees the implementation of necessary changes to business processes, systems, or programs in accordance with external laws and regulations. Maintains a strong knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and standards in order to recommends amendments and corrective actions within business practices. Partners on the development of key performance metrics and reporting criteria within compliance programs. Compliance Expertise: Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, procedures, and policies that affect the assigned business area through ongoing research and industry involvement. Acts as a resource of Subject Matter Expertise for the areas tested, providing inputs and expertise for complex areas. Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Can quickly adapt to changes in a fast-developing environment. Provides ongoing recommendations to Compliance Testing Director on process improvement and challenges faced by the team. Keeps a growth mindset and drives candid and open conversations with leaders for personal and team development. Data Analysis: Sources, compliance, and interprets data. Performs advanced analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. Reporting: Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting. Conducts methods of tracking progress and performance. Conveys results of tracking to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation. Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to program policies, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking or other related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking or other related experience License, Certifications & Skills License or Certification Type: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Preferred, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Preferred, Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP) Preferred, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
Intermediate to advanced technical ability using tools such as or similar to: Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Power Platform (Automate/BI/Apps), Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, IBM Cognos/Open Pages, Archer, Highbond, TeamMate, etc.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
