Management Systems Associate

Overview of the Role The Management Systems Associate plays a key role in creating, executing, and sustaining the organization's management systems, ensuring they align with globally accepted standards like ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO 31000. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements while also supporting the organization's business objectives.

Main duties include:

Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's Management Systems (any of the following: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO3100, ISO 27701)

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of system activities.
• Identify and address issues during implementation; escalate concerns as needed.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including tracking audit timelines and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and support certification efforts.
• Ensure internal controls align with policies and applicable standards.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate risk management practices.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs for new and existing team members.
• Create and maintain documentation required by relevant standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related field
