The Licensing Coordinator will sit within the Data & Insight team and will report to the Data & Insight Manager. Ensure adherence to Camelot’s policy, procedures and process and deliver a consistent accurate approach to the capture of retailer data and storage. Validate and make changes to Retailer data prior to entry in master data which includes changes to retailer names, addresses, contact details, company structure, company details and bank account changes Ensure that the correct data is captured at each stage of the retailer lifecycle journey, including the creation of retailer records (onboarding), change of Proprietor and retailer termination.
Respond and correct data exceptions, make use of reporting to flag data exceptions and work with the Data & Insight manager to agree the most efficient and accurate process to correct these data exceptions. Assist with the validation of all new Retailer records in line with the Policy. This includes collecting and validating all documentation received from the retailer. Liaises with credit control to ensure onboarding financial review is completed and creating the new retailer. Assist with the administration of the Retailer termination process in line with SLA’s, this includes communicating with the retailer and ensuring termination is in line with the terms of agreement before terminating the retailer in SAP Assist with the administration of Retailer Change of Proprietor process in line with SLAs. This includes regularly communicating with the retailer throughout the process, ensuring all required documentation is received and validated, arranging for the payment of the final balance and SC transfer. Terminating and create the necessary retailer accounts in SAP
