Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Legal & Policy Sourcer to own passive candidate sourcing for critical Legal, Policy, and Government Affairs hiring. This role is fully dedicated to proactive talent identification, market intelligence, and long-term pipeline development across highly competitive legal and regulatory talent markets. This position requires deep familiarity with legal and policy candidate ecosystems, exceptional outreach skills, and strong sourcing operations discipline. The Sourcer will function as a core partner to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, directly impacting the company's ability to scale safely and responsibly.
