    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail.

    The Leasing Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Leasing Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day leasing activities. This role involves managing data accuracy, coordinating documentation, assisting with marketing and reporting tasks, and supporting the leasing team with critical project deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

    • Position: Leasing Administrative Assistant
    • Compensation: $1,200
    • Schedule: 8am - 5pm, PST
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Leasing Department, supporting day-to-day operations and leasing initiatives.
    • Enter and maintain leasing data in Deal Manager, including new leases, renewals, amendments, and ancillary tenant documents.
    • Participate in weekly department meetings and assist in tracking follow-up items.
    • Generate and distribute the weekly Real Estate Committee agenda and serve as backup support for the report’s preparation and accuracy.

    Manage portfolio review requests, coordinating with Task Wizard to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables. Process leasing business travel expenses and maintain organized financial and reporting records. Create, update, and maintain accurate databases, reports, and records of all leasing-related documentation. Conduct availability list, site plan, and listing agreement audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. Maintain confidentiality of all lease-related and financial information. Use Adobe Illustrator to update and maintain accurate site plans for active properties. Maintain and regularly update the company’s marketing page on Commercial Edge, ensuring property listings and availability are accurate and current. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely flow of information. Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed by the Leasing or Real Estate leadership teams. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in commercial leasing or real estate operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with database management and internet research. Familiarity with Deal Manager, Adobe Illustrator, and Commercial Edge preferred. Understanding of commercial leasing language and documentation. Ability to maintain and audit leasing and marketing data. Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and critical thinking. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment. Adaptability to new systems, processes, and changing priorities in a fast-paced work setting.

    WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

    Fully remote Fluent in English Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)
