Lead Developer / Co-founder

Le Shadow Studio is an AI-first app publisher in the Wellness, Sports, and Lifestyle verticals. Our mission: build the new generation of wellness apps like Flo, Calm, and Headspace, embodied by expert and inspiring content creators who can immediately rally engaged communities. We want to rethink how consumer apps are built: less marketing budget, more authenticity, more purpose. Our ambition is bold: generate €100M in revenue with a portfolio of 10 applications across 5 countries within 5 years (1 creator per country). Team Mathieu Gandou Founder - Growth / Product Formerly at Germinal, Luko, and Trainsweateat. I scaled Trainsweateat to 1.9M users over 4 years in partnership with content creator Sissy Mua. Adrien Zannettacci Founder - Head of Creators Formerly at AS Monaco, Racing 92, Paris La Défense Arena. Adrien has an extensive network in sports and handles partnerships with the creators we identify to embody our apps. Alexandre Gorius - Advisor App Revenue & Lifecycle Expert Alexandre advises us on revenue generation and CRM strategy, with a strong track record at Backmarket, Photoroom, Trainsweateat, and Headspace. The team also includes a Product Designer you'll be working closely with. Where we stand We've already identified 2 applications and initiated discussions with 2 highly relevant content creators (profiles with communities of ~1M followers each). VC funds have already expressed interest in supporting us. Our goal is to launch our first creator-led app in early 2026 to prove the model and raise funding while minimizing dilution. We're seeking a Lead Developer Co-Founder capable of:

Laying the studio's technical foundations (stack, architecture, tools, multi-app pipeline) Co-designing the first apps with the product team and creator partners Getting hands-on with code initially, then helping structure the tech team as we scale Contributing to strategic decisions (product, data, growth) Ideal Profile Builder mindset: you love starting from scratch, prototyping fast, testing ideas Strong full-stack foundation (React/React Native, Node.js, Firebase or equivalent) Comfortable in startup/early-stage studio environments Eager to join an ambitious, concrete project (not just an idea) How It Works Flexible arrangement based on your availability to ship the first app Transition to salary + equity after fundraising
