Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the development of 360Pilot, our data analytics platform for clients. You will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering, and data teams to help deliver features, improve processes, and ensure the product solves real client problems. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to grow into a full Product Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PM in writing user stories, managing the backlog, and organizing product delivery.
• Help translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements.
• Participate in discovery: user interviews, data analysis, and validation of product ideas.
• Assist in defining and tracking product metrics.
• Test new features, validate data, and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to follow up on tasks, remove blockers, and improve processes.
• Document product features, workflows, and technical behavior.

Key Requirements:

• Technical background (Computer Science, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (or similar scripting language).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (GCP preferred).
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or analytics systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and solid English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Git, Jira, or Agile methodology.
• Experience with dashboards or BI tools.
• Previous exposure to product development.
