You will also support users by responding to queries, maintaining clear communication, updating knowledge tools, and following internal standards, all while contributing to Civica’s culture of continuous improvement. What you will need to be successful in this role Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. Experience working on business-critical systems within multi-market or geographically distributed teams. High attention to detail in time estimation, task planning, report creation, and data management. Ownership-driven approach to incidents, collaborating with others for timely resolution. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to adjust priorities quickly based on customer needs.
